Workday Training/Practice Tenant

Workday Training Resources – Everyone who works for the Universities of Wisconsin will be trained to use Workday, whether you use the system to do your job or to manage your employment information.  Workday training for Universities of Wisconsin finance, human resources, procurement, and research administration staff will begin in March 2025. Instruction and support will continue after Workday goes live in July 2025.

Training by security roles and modality – This is a summarized version of the Workday training courses and security roles assigned to the courses. Please note this is still considered a draft version.

FDM Tool – A place to find the crosswalk from SFS to Workday. Includes spend (expense) and revenue categories (number), funds, functions (program codes), and worktags (UDDS and projects).
